Delivery Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with Perfect Pet Food, a trading name of Perfect Pet Foods Limited (company number 12641031).
1. Delivery area
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
2. Delivery options and timeframes
Items are usualluy delivered within 3 to 5 days after placing an order.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We will do our best to meet them, but delays can occur due to factors outside our control.
3. Dispatch and tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation.
4. Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
5. Missed deliveries
If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave it with a neighbour, in a safe place, or at a collection point. Check the tracking information or card left by the courier for details.
6. Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
