These terms apply when you buy from Perfect Pet Food, a trading name of Perfect Pet Foods Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12641031).

Our terms and conditions are governed by UK or English law.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are offering to buy the products in your basket. We will send you an email confirming we have received your order. A contract between us only comes into existence when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any payment you have made.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to keep your account details secure. You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

10. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution service or bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales.
